Savvycents was first formed in January of 2009 after Melinda Claudepierre read a book about becoming debt free and following the cash envelope system of budgeting.

Frustrated with paper envelopes and disorganization with her wallet, she wanted to create a wallet that would allow her to keep her cash in separate categories and also give quick access to her drivers license, coin holder, and all of her discount cards and coupons. The Savvycents wallet organizer allows you to have all these thing in an attractive wallet that every woman would love to carry.

It was a great coincidence that I was reading " I was broke, now I am not" by Joseph Sangl, when I heard from Savvycents that I was going to review their wallet.

My dad gave me a wonderful wallet when I got my first job, that I have till today. It is a black rectangular wallet with great functionality. It helped me know what was in my wallet. It was a sign from my dad that he wanted me to be organized with my money. And did his tool help me achieve that? It certainly did. It helped to carry the necessary things to spend carefully and save for the rainy day. The wallet is almost dying and it made me sad to know that I will be loosing that wallet soon.

That prompted me to search for a wallet that will help me organize and plan my expenses and not find excuses for mismanaging money. "Mismanaging" happens a lot at the grocery store when I forget to carry my coupons and cash.  The founder of Savvycents knew what she was making as she probably knew that this common struggle was actually costing people money. She created a wallet that is great quality product with excellent functionality for everyday use.

It is simple to understand, stylish and compact to carry around.

It has space to keep your cards, cash and separate sections to categorize your expenses. If you are well planned with how you want to categorize your spending, this wallet can actually help you stay on track with your plan.

The Savvycents wallet even comes with stickers that act as suggestions to categorize your cash or coupons. Now that I have found my perfect wallet, I will buy it for my family and friends. This wallet will be great for moms as we are always looking for coupons and ways to save money. Now when you get the coupon by mail, put it straight in your wallet ( you have the space!) and you will have it right with you when you reach the cash counter!
