We have been on the lookout for a simple yet powerful drill that both hubby and I can use. We do not do a lot of work with it but it certainly is "The Tool" we turn to when we need our jobs done.
First, I have to commend that it is not as heavy as I imagined it to be. It comes with a battery pack and charger so that is a great feature. There are 2 speed gears, that can be adjusted depending on the nature of job being done.
The keyless chuck makes it easy to tighten or release the drill bit in the chuck.
The drill has a 24-position clutch.The torque adjustment ring can be turned to choose the right amount of torque that is needed for the job.
I have been using this drill to put up paintings on my wall and other such not so hard jobs. It is a great starter drill. There is a magnetic tray in the drill to conveniently place the screws that you will need. You can also use this drill for all types of wood products, ceramics, plastics, fiberglass, laminates, metals and even mixing paints. You may need some accessories depending on what you are using the drill for.
Overall, it is a great piece to have around at home! Make sure you follow the manual for safety instructions.

When it comes to power drills, Ryobi is one of the best brand in town. I don't have any issue saying that Ryobi is among toppers. p205 is nice addition in my tool box.
